Vanilla Spice Coffee
My delicious version of "bulletproof" coffee. This has been my standard breakfast for the last month or so, and carries me all the way until about 2 pm.
1 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
6 oz freshly brewed coffee
1 T coconut oil
Splash of alcohol-free vanilla extract
Splash of maple flavoring (or almond extract for an amaretto kind of morning)
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Heat milk of choice. Add rest of ingredients, and blend with an immersion blender. Sprinkle with some more cinnamon and enjoy!
